Strategic thinking

I devise collective processes of reflection which involve a group of executives, or also all of management, with a view to preparing a change.  The aim of these processes is to achieve a fruitful to-ing and fro-ing.  They include the design of workshops, brief interventions, meetings, questionnaires, as well as the production of synthesis reports or analyses.

Mandates and projects have been carried out in the contexts of a merger, of a reorganisation, in order to change the culture and define the organisation’s “primary motif” (stem cell), its vision, mission or values.
